BOOKING POLICY
PRIOR TO BOOKING:
ALL SESSIONS REQUIRE A DEPOSIT. DEPOSIT WILL BE STATED ON INVOICE SENT TO CLIENT.
DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
DEPOSITS ARE USED TO COVER THE INCONVENIENCE FEE IN CASE OF LAST-MINUTE CANCELLATION. IF CANCELLATION OCCURS FOR ANY REASON, PLEASE CONTACT THE PHOTOGRAPHER TO DISCUSS RESCHEDULING OR OTHER METHODS..
TRAVEL FEE FOR ANYWHERE OUT OF A 20 MILE RADIUS OF FORT SMITH WILL BE $0.75 CENTS PER MILE. (EX. 10 MILES x $0.75 = $7.50)
TURNAROUND TIMES:
IF YOU ARE NEEDING YOUR PHOTOS BACK BEFORE THE DESIGNATED TURNAROUND TIME, CLIENTS ARE ALLOWED TO PAY A $25 EXPEDITE FEE TO EXPEDITE THE PROCESS.
MINI SESSIONS : 1 WEEK (THIS VARIES DEPENDING ON BUSY SEASON)
FULL SESSIONS : 2-3 WEEKS (THIS INCLUDES BOUDOIR, BIRTHDAYS, CAKE SMASH, MATERNITY.)
GRAD SESSIONS : 2-3 WEEKS
ENGAGEMENT : 2-3 WEEKS
WEDDINGS : 6-8 WEEKS
EVENTS : 2-4 WEEKS
IF CLIENT IS LATE MORE THAN 15 MINUTES TO THEIR SCHEDULED SESSION, A LATE FEE OF $20 WILL APPLY TO FINAL COST.
